Aron House Party Spring 2022

Aron House Party Spring 2022

I try to have the Guitar Studio members over to my home for a party every year. The evening unfolds in more or less the same way every time: food, music, and a bonfire. This time was no different, and it was great. My six guitar majors, and a recent alum, Craig Slagh, joined my wife, JoNell, and our nearby family for the evening this Sunday. Here are some photos:

Rio Manzanares, Josie Stone, Caeli Massey, Suvan Agarwal, Damian Goggans, Craig Slagh and Nik Divall

Classic rock, folk songs, blues and bossa nova, on unfamiliar instruments. Wait, how is this thing tuned??

My mother-in-law, Joyce, enjoys the music.

The bonfire created the customary 35-foot flame.

Then the annual student sacrifice. This year, it was Suvan going into the flames, with Nik and Rio acting as pallbearers (ok, just kidding).
