University of Akron Master of Music candidate, Jonathan Smith, played his solo recital on Wed., April 9, 2014, at the First Congregational Church in Akron. He played brilliantly. First prize-winner in the recent Stroud All-Ohio Classical Guitar Competition, Smith again proved his mettle with a challenging program of varied and unusual works, handled with professional aplomb.
