Spring 2016 Guitar Ensemble Concert

The students of the Oberlin guitar studio played chamber music last week on the Kulas Recital Hall stage, demonstrating some of their work for this semester's Guitar Ensemble classes. The program was interesting and varied, and was played with true musicianship and professional acumen. Here are some photos; the program follows.

(Rebecca Klein was to play Ourkouzounov's Sonata for violin and guitar with Kah Yan Lee but had to cancel because of an injury. They had performed it earlier in the semester, as feature guest performers at the Columbus Guitar Festival at Otterbein University).
